bTimer is an exercize Tabata timer.

Main Screen

Tabata is an exercize routine that consists of 8 cycles of 20 seconds high impact workouts with 10 seconds of rest.
Select the number of Tabata cycles in the lower right. This will automatically update the total time. Press Start when ready to begin. At any time press Pause to stop the clock then press Resume to continue. Press Reset if you want to start over or change the number to Tabata cycles. The app will count down the total time and number of workouts.
